Brasserie Mon Chou Chou is the brainchild of Chef Laurent Réa, Philippe Placé, and Jérôme Sérot—French food lovers who met nearly 20 years ago in San Antonio.

Caroline Matthews personifies creative energy. In the early days of Dos Carolinas, Caroline did most of the work herself, from designing unique guayaberas to sewing pristine pin-tucks.

Kick back, grab a cold one, and chill out on the patio with river views featuring the sounds of live local music artists.

Curio is the gift shop at Hotel Emma—but it's so much more than that. The shop is a cultural jewel box offering guests and locals alike a carefully curated and edited selection of treasures. From custom-made Dos Carolinas "guayarobes," to the hotel's signature fragrance, to fine jewelry, Curio has an alluring, eclectic array of goods with common threads: good design, artisanal quality, and confident style.

The…shop, called Curio, includes unique items reflective of Hotel Emma such as the favorite guayarobe, made locally and exclusively for the hotel by seersucker specialty shop Dos Carolinas. Etched glassware — handmade in San Miguel, Mexico, and known for serving the hotel's signature cocktails — is available in clear barrel and turquoise stemless glass.

I want a guest to actually be glad they forgot something, because it led them to unexpected discoveries at Curio, whether it's a scarf, a tote or toothpaste.
